Ray Radford - Senior Vice President & Director of Channel Marketing
Ask Ray Radford what he does and you're going to get a very long
answer. As the head of Doe-Anderson's channel marketing efforts,
Ray's responsible for overseeing the creation, development and
execution of promotions, customer relationship management and
database management programs for business-to-business and
business-to-consumer communications.
Ray came to Doe-Anderson with 25 years of experience in the direct
marketing field, including seven years as Vice President of Gannett
Direct Marketing. He knows how to build programs that connect with
consumers. As a result, our clients enjoy significant market share
gains. This is especially true for the agency's Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) efforts - a program Ray has led
through its inception to its current status as one of the agency's
predominant services.
In tandem with his relationship management capabilities, Ray also
is an accomplished database management expert. He developed a
PC-based client-server network and created a business-to-business
communications network for Hewlett Packard. As part of his work
with HP, Ray helped develop the ISO 9000 criteria for the company's
international marketing plan.
