Todd Spencer - President & CEO
A true strategic thinker, Todd has always understood the fundamental importance of developing ideas that connect and establish meaningful relationships between consumers and brands. It's that keen understanding, along with his relentless energy and passion, that has led him to become only the sixth president in Doe-Anderson's 92-year history.
During his 14 years at Doe, Todd's played a key role in
developing breakthrough and effective marketing campaigns for
national and international brands. His contributions have
helped the agency to expand its client roster with wins on such
accounts as Norton Healthcare, Kohler, National City, American Red
Cross, Humana, Inc., and additional brand assignments for Beam
Global Spirits & Wine. Todd also oversees the agency's entire
operation, which includes integrated teams across various
disciplines that include advertising, direct marketing, public
relations, relationship marketing, digital marketing, strategic
planning and media.
While Todd's background includes experience with packaged goods,
banking, retail, digital marketing, sporting goods and tourism,
he's also vitally active in the community. He serves on boards and
as a volunteer for a number of public service organizations,
including Junior Achievement, The Healing Place, Metro United Way,
Greater Louisville Inc., Main Street Association, Leadership
Louisville and the Language Exchange Foundation.
Todd spends his free time (and obviously, there's not much of it)
with his family, reads and plays the drums surprisingly well.
