This large regional health care system touches many consumers at many points during their lives, but the primary consumer is a woman, 25-54, responsible for making the big health care decisions for her family. She's informed, savvy and seeks high-quality, compassionate care.

To connect with her, we created a brand positioning (and advertising) that promises an unmatched breadth of health care for women and their families at any stage of their lives. Utilizing actual patient stories, we focused on their positive outcomes. The result? Through a Brand Positioning Study, we learned that 98% of the respondents now feel very favorable toward NHC.
