Senior Digital Strategist


Doe-Anderson is looking for a self-starter to lead the creation, implementation and evaluation of clear digital, social and content strategies. This individual will serve as a thought leader in linking business strategy with digital strategy. They will work on an integrated team to craft innovative approaches to content creation, cross-channel activation and platform utilities that both solve business problems and fulfill user needs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of personal motivation and digital curiosity with an ability to distill and share information in a meaningful and inspiring way.

This is a remote position with the potential to move to our Louisville office.


  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clients’ digital ecosystems to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, content assessments, click-path analyses, consumer journeys and trend reports

  • Establish and advocate best practices in digital marketing, including the active integration of emerging technologies

  • Work alongside creative, web developers, media, analytics, account services and other strategists to infuse digital insights into client work

  • Grow the role and impact of digital strategy through the development of effective relationships with clients and internal team members


  • 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies with an emphasis on consumer behavior across multiple digital environments

  • Experience working with brand strategy, creative, digital development and media teams

  • Experience with user testing

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
