Senior Digital Strategist

Summary

Doe-Anderson is looking for an insight-driven individual to lead the creation and implementation of digital channel strategies. This individual will serve as a thought leader in translating business and communications strategies into digital strategy across the full brand ecosystem. They will work in an integrated team to craft innovative approaches to content strategy, campaign planning and user journeys that engage audiences to meet brand objectives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of personal motivation and digital curiosity with an ability to distill and share complex information in a meaningful and inspiring way.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the client’s digital ecosystem to develop comprehensive channel strategies, consumer journeys and campaign strategies that support overall brand goals. 

  • Design client workshops and deliver detailed strategy documentation for web builds, including direction or goals, KPIs, content strategy and search engine optimization.

  • Stay closely up to date with best practices and developments in digital marketing, including the active integration of emerging technologies in strategic POVs. 

  • Work alongside creative, brand planning, web developers, media, analytics, account services and other strategists to infuse digital insights into client work. 

  • Grow the role and impact of digital strategy through the development of effective relationships with clients and internal team members. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies with an emphasis on website strategy and optimization. SEO a plus.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with user testing a plus. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as on an integrated team with moderate direct client visibility. 

  • Candidate must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Louisville, KY area.
