As the official bank of University of Kentucky Athletics, Central lists the passion of UK fans across the region among its major assets. The challenge was to use these assets – namely, the head coaches of UK’s football and basketball programs – in a meaningful, relevant way.
We used the coaches to introduce Central’s revamped mobile banking app – something that any frequent-flying Division I head coach can certainly use.
We employed the UK Wildcat mascot (who coincidentally was the brother of the account supervisor) to promote our affinity account during the NCAA basketball tournament.
