As one of the top health systems in America, OhioHealth is a growing family of 35,000 associations, physicians and volunteers plus a network of 12 hospitals and 200+ ambulatory sites, hospice and other health services spanning 47 Ohio counties. OhioHealth needed to renew a very successful communications platform in response to evolving consumer perspectives and expectations.

A belief system

Consumers think they need a health system, but they want a belief system. To be a partner in consumers’ best health, OhioHealth needed a campaign anchored in its ability to deliver quality, easy-to-use care while communicating its dependability and commitment. The brand’s mission, vision and values combine to help improve the health of those they serve and are the backbone of the “We Believe” campaign.

Celebrating consumers

For our creative, we turned the lens on consumers and celebrated their daily milestones on the journey to their best health. By telling audiences it believed in their power to be healthy, OhioHealth gained their interest, their trust and, most important, their belief in OhioHealth. Consumer feedback tells us loud and clear (and repeatedly) that the campaign “made me feel like someone actually understands.”
