Privacy Policy

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OUR SITE YOUR ARE ACKNOWLEDGING YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING WRITTEN HERE AND AGREE WITH ALL THE PROVISIONS IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT. YOU UNDERSTAND IT FORMS PART OF THE LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE AGREEMENT YOU HAVE WITH US. IF YOU CANNOT OR DO NOT AGREE OR DO NOT WISH YOUR INFORMATION TO BE SUBJECT TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT, PLEASE LEAVE OUR SITE IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT VISIT, VIEW BROWSE, ACCESS OR USE OUR SITE AT ALL.

Your privacy and the protection of information about you is important to us and this Privacy Statement is our policy regarding your access to our Site. In this Privacy Statement, unless they are separately defined, the definitions in our Terms of Use apply and you should refer to them so you clearly understand all the provisions of this Privacy Statement. We use third party operational service providers, website and communications support resources and other professionals in the operation, maintenance and support of our Site and when we use terms such as “us”, “we”, “our” or “ours” in this Privacy Statement, we are also referring to and include those third parties.

We will use the term “Personal Information” to mean and refer to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household or that could uniquely identify a person. Personal information does not include personal information that is deidentified or aggregated.

Purpose and Scope

Although the primary purpose of our Site is to provide you with information about us, our capabilities and the work we have done for our clients, our Site also allows you to submit your resumé if you are interested in a career with us and to enter personal information (e.g., your email address) in order to subscribe to receive Informational Emails (defined in our Terms of Use).  In addition, the laws and regulations of some jurisdictions define personal information or personally identifiable information very broadly and may include things such as IP protocols and browser data. In other words, if there is any possibility we may be able to determine an individual’s identity from data obtained through our Site, even if we have no intention of trying to identify you, it may be covered by the law.

This Privacy Statement applies to any Personal Information we may obtain from or collect about you when you access our Site, including information you submit to us when you submit a resumé or subscribe to our Informational Emails (“Information”) and describes how we collect Information, what Information is collected, what we do and have the right to do with Information. This Privacy Statement also describes our obligations and your rights with respect to your Information.

Obtaining, Collecting and Storing Information

Subscribing to Informational Emails

When you subscribe to our Informational Emails you understand and are acknowledging and agreeing that your subscription constitutes your request to us to use your Personal Information you are giving us permission and your explicit consent to send you Informational Emails. You will always be able to opt out of receiving Informational Emails, by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of the Informational Emails we send you, or by writing to us at the address below in this Privacy Statement.

Submitting a Resumé

If you are looking for employment, our Site also allows you to submit information and upload your resumé and if you do, you are presumed to be applying for a position and a career with us. There are special legal rights and obligations that apply to Personal Information submitted and used for employment-related purposes and we have described these in a special section below entitled “Looking for a Career With Us”  and you should read that section carefully before submitting your resumé to us.

Visiting Our Site

When you access (visit) our Site, our Site may automatically collect and store non-personal bits of information related to your access. Generally, all this non-personally identifiable information is recorded in such a way that it does not reflect or reference any identifiable individual.  However, even though this information does not identify you, the law may include this information within the definition of Personal Information because when taken together, non-personal bits of information could allow you to be identified.

Non-personally identifiable information may include the type of Internet browser and operating system you are using, your IP address, the domain of the website you came from (sometimes called a referring URL), how many times and the dates and times of your visits and the average amount of time you spend on our Site. Sometimes we may also be able to identify the application or device you are using to browse our Site, your mobile network (e.g., carrier name and phone number) and the interaction of your apps, browser and devices with our Site. Technology may enable us to determine when you search for particular words and the Content your browser opens. We may keep track of pages you visit, Content your browser displays, as well as the Third Party Material and Links you select, so we can better understand what Content is popular and the subjects that interest visitors to our Site.  Sometimes, with varying degrees of accuracy, your location can be determined by your IP address, GPS, sensor data from your device or from nearby technology (e.g., Wi-Fi access points; cell towers; Bluetooth-enabled devices) and the capability to capture this type of Information often depends on your device location settings, which you generally have the ability to turn on or off.

Our Site may also use technology to remember whether you’ve been there before. A “cookie” (i.e., a text file placed on your hard disk by a web page server) is one example, but there are different types of technology that perform similar functions (e.g., pixel tags, server logs, invisible GIFs, web beacons, application data caches). Some of the technology used by our Site often provides convenience and faster Content loading times for visitors who access our Site repeatedly.  Most browsers give you the ability to configure your settings to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Similarly, unique, non-personal identifiers (“tags”) enable us to track Information without identifying you or any individual. Tags may simply be strings of characters that can uniquely identify a browser, app, or device. You may be familiar with an IMEI number associated with your mobile device - a unique identifier incorporated into the device by the manufacturer.

Our Site does not support Do Not Track and we do not respond to Do Not Track requests. “Do Not Track” or “DNT” is a preference you can set in your browser to inform websites you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Storing, Using and Sharing Information

Although we may obtain and store information, including Personal Information, and we may provide information in aggregate form (that will not enable identification of any individual) to third parties for marketing, advertising, research or other uses, we do not share, sell, rent or lease your Personal Information obtained through our Site to anyone, unless we have your permission.

You have the right to ask us to provide you with a digital file containing a copy of your Personal Information and you can also ask us to delete all or any portion of your Personal Information and cancel any subscription from or in connection with our Site.

If we need to retain data for limited periods for business or legal purposes, we will only keep it as long as necessary for us to comply with those requirements. You can appreciate, we also need to be sure your Personal Information isn’t accidentally or maliciously altered or deleted without your permission or knowledge, so there could be a delay in deleting information in our systems and backups to make sure we are following your instructions.

Looking for a Career With Us
